Once all of the afore-referenced application requirements have been presented to us, a thorough and in-depth review of all the documents commences to ensure that all the information that is needed has been provided. This process usually takes about five (5) business days (if there is no missing docs or information). If there isn't anything missing, then a "Conditional Approval" is granted (subject to further verification and Due Diligence). If there is any missing data then a "Tentative Dedine" is registered (pending any Specified missing docs or information).
A Tentative Decline or Conditional Approval will dearty state if the file is Permanently Declined OR said file is Conditionally Approved and may just require the missing documentation to be presented for further re-consideration. And if all of the items stated above have been thoroughly reviewed and a Conditional Approval has been granted, we shall then proceed.
When the full Due Diligence report is received and thoroughly analyzed, - if everything is complete and is to our satisfaction, then we shall issue a formal APPROVAL with a guarantee of the availability and the anticipated Disbursement date of the funding - which is usually within two - four weeks from our issuance of the Formal Approval

If, however, the Due Diligence uncovers any fatal omissions or errors, then the application is formally Declined at that time.
Funds may be disbursed in any currency in a one-time lump sum or semi-annual or monthly equal payment on the 5th of each month over a stipulated disbursement period. (Please note that if this date falls on a weekend or bank holiday, disbursement will occur on the next business day).
The disbursements shall be sent via wire transfer and through the SWIFT or Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunication Network. The SWIFT network is a messaging protocol. It has over 11,000 banks in 200-plus countries in its network. This network is used to send information from one bank to another.
All remittances and/or repayments of applicable loans shall be made via SWIFT Wire Transfer. (Please note that all prospective clients must confirm that they have prior Federal or Central Bank clearance, which shall permit them to send payments in foreign currency (USD, Pound Sterling, or Euros) upon request.
